Perlite Concrete

Perlite is a name given to naturally occurring silica-based volcanic rocks.  The most important feature that separates Perlite from other volcanic glasses is that it can increase its original volume to four to twenty-four times when it is heated around the softening temperature.  When the perlite is heated up to 870 degrees, it explodes like corn grains with the evaporation of the juice in its body and numerous pores are formed on the perlite which expands with heat.  This expanded perlite is an excellent heat and sound insulation material.

It is the most ideal material used in heat and sound insulation.

It is the lightest of the materials used in the production of concrete with light and high insulation properties.

is the most resistant to heat and fire.

Perlite Concrete: Perlite, sand, and cement (350 kg / m3 - 1600 kg / m3) produced by using lightweight concrete.  Due to the porous structure of perlite in concrete, it shows heat and sound insulation properties.

Density: 350 kg / m3, - 1600 kg / m3

Thermal conductivity: 0.065 w / mk - 1 w / mk

Fire resistance: DIN 4102 class A

Perlite is a natural stone expanded under high temperature.  Exploded perlite is sieved and packed as granules.  In screed and filling concretes, it is suitable to have 1 - 3 mm dimensions and ≥ 60 kg / m3 in density.  Due to the porous structure of pearlite, water absorption is high. the mixing with pearlite cement, it releases the water in the body, causes the excess amount of water in the concrete.

It forms a bond between perlite and cement.  During the mortar mixture, a homogeneous mixture is obtained which covers the surface of the perlite grains.

It creates micro air bubbles in cement mortar and reduces cement consumption.  Thanks to micro air bubbles, it increases the thermal insulation values of perlite concrete and facilitates its processing.

Prepared with NEOSUL Perlite concrete and plaster, Low water absorption rate, Does not sweat, Breathable.  Ensures long life of concrete and plaster.

WHY SHOULD SELECT PERLITE IN ALL BUILDINGS?

The benefits of the energy savings to the national economy and the family budget are very high if the construction is done with due attention to the thermal insulation of roofs and walls.

All over the world Perlite and Turkey are also used in construction.

Perlite is a modern thermal insulation material that will live in your building.  In the buildings where PERLITE is used, summers are cool and winters are hot.

Thanks to the closed cells and perlite pores in the Perlite concrete prepared with NEOSUL, it provides extraordinary lightness and heat insulation.

Perlite is an inorganic substance; it does not lose its properties at high temperature, prevents the fire from splashing and dispersing.

It is light because it has thousands of open and closed air gaps.  This

The pores give PERLIT 'exceptional thermal insulation property.

It is a unique sound absorber.  As a result of its porosity and lightness, PERLIT neutralizes high-frequency sounds.  Insulates pulsed sounds.

Perlitedoes not react chemically due to its stable chemical structure.  It is a neutral material, insoluble in water, does not rot, does not deteriorate.
