Foam Concrete
CELLULAR CONCRETE:
It is a type of light cell concrete produced by the homogeneous placement of the stable foam obtained by the foam producer to the concrete. During the production process, no chemical reaction is observed except for cement hydration. GENFIL foaming agent is an organic-based, enzyme-based natural material and has no harmful side to human health.

15-) It is used for the production of prefabricated buildings and for the production of ready-made walls.
WHAT IS CELLULAR CONCRETE:
It is a foamy concrete which is formed by mixing the foaming agent with water and foaming it by passing it in the blowing nozzle under the air pressure in the foam production machine and mixing this foam with cement slurry.
This is the formation of a porous structure as a result of the formation of closed cells within the concrete after drying.
HEAT INSULATION: Block or panel walls produced with foam concrete; Thanks to the special air gap cells in the structure shows very good insulation. Therefore, no additional insulation material is required. Thermal insulation panel density is 150 - 250 kg / m3 and insulation properties are improved.
FIRE RESISTANCE: Lightweight Concrete Wall with 150 mm thickness is resistant to fire effect for approximately 5 hours
SOUND INSULATION: Special air gaps in the concrete structure gives concrete a very good sound absorption property. It is used as an intermediate wall and floor base concrete.
MATERIAL SAVINGS: Cells Due to the lightweight of lightweight concrete and blocks, static loads of buildings decrease; Thus, a significant reduction can be made in the amount of concrete and iron used, thus saving both building construction and labor costs. Lightweight Concrete is a flowable concrete as it is produced using cement, sand, water and special foam. Vibrators are not needed for mold applications.
QUICK AND EASY Application: Lightweight concrete with cells is flowing, easily. easy to transport, easy to work. Therefore, it is possible to cover large surfaces with a short time and less labor.
It is called «Lightweight Concrete» or «Cellular Concrete». The density varies depending on the amount of void in its content. Low-density cell concrete gives high insulation and low strength values, while High-density cell concrete gives lower insulation and high strength values.
Properties of cellular concrete; the shape, distribution, and regularity of the gap. The heat conduction coefficient (1) is mainly dependent on density. The type of binder has a negligible effect on the curing conditions and other factors (1).
Its density varies between 300-1600 kg / m3.
The most important feature of the air-gap structure that provides heat and sound insulation is closed-cell because it also provides waterproofing. Water absorption values are extremely low.
Cell concrete is an extremely high fire resistance product.
The life of cellular concrete is the same as normal concrete.
EASY OPERATION: Easy operation is of great importance. Porous concrete blocks work with simple tools; easily cut with a saw, drilled easily with a nail or auger.
ENERGY SAVING: Due to the good thermal insulation of cellular concrete, it makes the building warm in winter and cools in summer. reduces energy costs by 40%.
BIOLOGICAL RESISTANCE: Cell concrete does not rot and age. It ensures that cellular concrete products are not completely harmful to human and animal health.
APPLICATION AREAS FOR DIFFERENTIAL DENSITIES: Cellular Lightweight concrete; depending on the intensity; block, precast panel, cast-in-place wall, screed, plaster, ornamental elements can be used in manufacturing.
IMPORTANCE OF FOAM CONCRETE: It is the most important group of Lightweight Concrete family.
Due to the advantages of honeycomb-shaped and closed air cavities within its structure, it is used on large scale at every stage of the construction sector.
21st century, the construction material of cellular concrete (Foam concrete) is applied all over the world, on every continent with success.
Due to its lightweight and thermal insulation properties, it will be used in all constructions in countries that are in the earthquake zone and which are struggling with air pollution.
Cement-Sand-Water and Foam are mixed in different ratios; 300 kg / m3 -1600 kg / m3 densities Easy, practical and can be produced in every construction site; It has provided widespread use of cellular lightweight concrete.
