DEFINITION

ArtCLC Perlite Screed: Screed concrete developed with carboxyl based powder foaming agent.

 

USAGE AREAS

1- It is used in the production of heat-insulated lightweight screed on building floors.

APPLICATION FEATURES

Ambient temperature between +5 °C and +35 °C.

Application should be avoided in very humid and/or very hot weather.

Application under strong wind and direct sun should be avoided.

It should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melting or in danger of freezing within 24 hours.

 

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

It should be stored in its unopened original packaging in dry environments. Under appropriate storage conditions, shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.

 

WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

During the application, clothing suitable for occupational and worker health, protective gloves, glasses and a mask should be used. Due to the irritating effects of the uncured material, in case of contact with skin and eyes, it should be washed immediately with plenty of water and soap. If swallowed, consult a doctor immediately. Food and beverage materials should not be brought into application areas. It should be stored in places inaccessible to children.

* Do not breathe dust.

* In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water.

* Do not empty into drains.

* Avoid contact with eyes and skin.

* Use suitable protective gloves and protective glasses/mask.
