Powder Additives

TALES-SH It is a powder additive developed for the production of gypsum plaster and gypsum board.

The TALES-SH powder is composed of enzyme-based plant resin and polymers.

 

APPLICATION AREAS OF TALES POWDER

1-) Aggregate filled, Gypsum plaster production.

2-) Light gypsum plaster production.

3-) Production of gypsum plaster with perlite.

4-) Production of gypsum-based products for decorative purposes.

5-) Gypsum board production

 

To be used in the dry mixture in plaster based plasters:

* Used in dry

mix packaged plaster products.

* Provides homogeneous distribution of mortar mixture water in dry mixed gypsum-based products and forms a good mixture.

* It expands the surface area by creating micro air bubbles in the mortar.

* Gypsum plaster makes processing easier by lightening.

* Extends plaster processing time. 60 min - 120 min

* Increases the adhesion of the plaster to the surface.

* Prevents decomposition

The use of calcium sulfate in plaster:

TALES powder is used in 0.3% - 0.6% in drywall

Engineering measures: Use adequate ventilation to keep airborne concentrations low.

Personal Protection Equipment: Goggles, Masks

 

STABILITY AND REACTIVITY

 Stability: Stable under normal conditions.

Conditions to Avoid: Moisture and water

Substances to be avoided: Liquid substances

Polymerization: No polymerization hazard.

STORAGE

Storage: It is stored between +5 and +40 oC in normal cool, dry and approved packages and storage conditions.

Stack up to 8 bags on pallet indoors.
